Crouse-Hinds E1016 Series 400A Cam-Loks (Default)
The industry standard for single pole connectivity, Cam-Loks provide the ultimate in safety, speed, and ease of connection. Most rental generators come equipped with female Cam-Loks on their output cables, ready to connect to a Generator Connection Cabinet with standard male Cam-Loks. This is by far the most common method of connecting a portable generator or load bank.

Mechanical Set Screw Lugs (Alternate)
Cam-Loks not available on your portable generator? No problem – choose mechanical set screw lugs for a bare cable connection. This type of connection typically takes longer than Cam-Loks and requires a tool (hex wrench).
Aluminum Cabinet
Corrosion resistant material looks great and is suitable for general outdoor use. Bare aluminum finish matches other equipment such as utility metering cabinets and service heads.
External Mounting Ears on Wall-Mount
Mount to strut or directly to the wall. Open slots on upper ears for ease of installation.
Locking Lift Catch
Flush locking latch (2 keys included) for security and ease of access.
Padlockable Door Catch
In addition to the locking lift catch, we provide another door catch operated by 1/4 turn of a screwdriver. Provide your own padlock for additional security if desired.
Cover Security Bolt
Installer access cover is screw-fastened for ease of removal, except for one carriage bolt which is nutted from the inside of the Cam-Lok compartment (top of cover is held captive by drip hood). This prevents unauthorized front cover removal when Cam-Lok access door is closed and locked.
NEMA Type 3R Bolted Construction
Suitable for indoor or outdoor use, our cabinet maintains its NEMA 3R rating even with the access door open and temporary cables (from the portable generator) connected. Fastened with carriage bolts (nutted on the inside) for security and a clean appearance.
